We have been going her for over 2 years. The last three times the manager let us know, regardless of what time it was that they close at 5 PM. Did not want to return because of this. Went today despite our last 3 visits. Went well until we went to get a 2nd glass of wine and the manager asked her staff how many glasses we have had and preceeded to tell us they have a limit. I respect that, but once again she has absolutely no people skills. Will not be making a return trip again. It seems like she is more interested in turning people away them making them want to stay and enjoy the beautiful business that the family has worked to establish. Maybe will return if she leaves.
Fantastic wine and absolutely gorgeous setting. A must stop for anyone who enjoys a variety. Great staff with special service for us because we were early in the day and the only customers. Don't miss this winery.
Great selection of wines and a beautiful back patio and scenery, though the customer service struggles. I'll keep coming back because of the wine and scenery and hope that service improves. The last time we came in with about 25 minutes left before they closed- just wanted a quick glass with some folks we brought from out of town and planned to leave a couple minutes before close. The women serving seemed very visibly annoyed that we were there and then one kept standing in the doorway waiting for us to leave. Awkward and uncomfortable to say the least.
Hidden away but very nice. Never stopped there before but decided to make the venture into the country to the vineyard. Very impressed with some of the whites.
The scenery is excellent! It's worth going for that alone, but they also had several (about 25- 30) wines to choose from for tasting. You get 6 wines to taste for $5 if you buy a bottle when you leave. There aren't any juices for kids to try if you take kiddos, but there is lots of area to run around outside if you need to bring them. The staff seemed knowledgeable.
